Location: Full Remote - USA - Remote work from home, while traveling and at client sites 

Salary: Competitive package depending on seniority, likely between $150k to $250k

Language: Applicants are required to master English, orally and in writing

DESKi has built HeartFocus, a revolutionary,  FDA cleared, AI-driven cardiac guidance software, that empowers any healthcare professional to perform Point of Care echocardiography from any device, anywhere.

Driven by the belief No heart can wait ™, HeartFocus provides a life-saving solution for patients, facilitating early heart disease detection and prevention.  After 4 years of research and having secured its financing, DESKi will start commercialization in 2025 in the USA.

Your Position

You will play a pivotal role in DESKi’s life-saving mission of access to heart echos for all through AI-assisted POCUS software, by leading all sales and market penetration efforts in the US, and by leading key growth initiatives with partners.

This role reports directly to the Chief Growth Officer.

Your Mission  

  • Strong business development skills, creating growth opportunities across the US and in line with growth timelines.
  • Develop customer growth strategies targeting clinics, hospitals, healthcare systems, learning institutions, and a variety of disciplines within each area.
  • Lead pricing strategies and negotiate competitive terms and close deals by reaching high satisfaction agreements for both Customers and for DESKi.
  • Prepare for several negotiation scenarios, manage sales processes to deliver immediate cash flow, and support business objectives.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide consultative solutions meeting their needs.
  • Maintain collaboration with all internal parties at DESKi, including the leadership team, while managing partner introductions in the US
  • Represent the US during weekly leadership meetings via video conference

Your Requirements

  • A minimum of 6 years healthcare enterprise and imaging sales experience
  • Knowledge of both clinic and health-system selling is expected
  • Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Proven healthcare sales experience demonstrating ability to acquire new business, and to account manage the funnel to meet growth goals.
  • Experience in managing remote direct reports as the company grows
  • Can-do attitude to work with strong personal ethics and morals in representing DESKi, with an ability to stay motivated in a remote set-up
  • Excellent communication skills including reporting and strategic presentations to the C-suite.
  • Adaptability in working within an international team, with different cultures and time zones
  • Serve as a point of escalation for customer inquiries and ensure issues are resolved promptly with the wider DESKi team
  • Ability to fullfill the role requirements including: travel by plane and/or car, sustained effectiveness working remotely or within and own office environment, and can lift 40 pounds if required.
  • Bachelors degree in business, healthcare, or a related discipline (preferred)

Our comprehensive total rewards support you:

  • Competitive salary including bonus ranging from $150k to $250k
  • Base $100k to $135k with 50% to 80% achievement bonus (55/45 split)

What to expect regarding travel

This role is mainly on the move, to meet clients. It includes remote working, often at the customers’ or partner’s locations, as well as home office working.

You must be willing to travel (75%+) including over-nights, to smartly manage logistics and travel spending.
